Terms And Policy

If solicited for web design work, we will, either by phone or in person, meet with you and determine your needs based on our prior experience. Depending on our previous relationship or lack of it, we may require a deposit before undertaking any development work. We will establish a general budget for your project based on a determination of what type of development is required for your purposes. We will attempt to establish a general timeline for completion, but we can not guarantee completion of development work on a specific date. We reserve the right to terminate projects that are not feasible, can not proceed due to lack of information or interest, or are actively solicited elsewhere. We reserve the right to engage any outside contractors or developers necessary to finish the project. If you cancel the project you may be subject to charges for development time invested up till that point. If our proposal does not meet with your approval, we will make an attempt to redesign it so that it does. This process will not create any additional obligation on your part. We will provide a written agreement for development projects on request.

Effective January 1, 2008, any web development project will require a deposit before any work is started. While in some cases we will be able to do a "mockup" website to show a concept, we are unfortunately not able to work on a speculative basis.

What makes our process different: We don't present you with a few pre-built templates for a fixed price, you decide on a budget that works for you, and we work to produce a site within that budget that meets with your needs and approval. There are no hidden fees, overruns, or extra costs, you know what you are going to spend. If expectations happen to exceed resources, we work to bring the project to a successful conclusion at a price you can afford. We think our work speaks for itself, and equals or exceeds in quality the output of agencies and studios charging much more.
Pricing - Development Related

Web Sites - by quote.
Site start as low as $295. We are always willing to discuss your needs and work with you on a project budget that suits your situation.
General Development - $2500 and up per hour. Generally only "productive" hours are billed, not research, etc.
Hosting (standard) - $8900 year.
Hosting (e-commerce) - $18900 year.

Pricing - IT Related

Selected services are available in the metro area.
Service Call - $8900.
Labor, onsite - $3900 per hour.
Labor, offsite - $2900 per hour.
