How It Works...

First, call or e-mail us to schedule your free estimate appointment. Most estimates can be scheduled within 24-48 hours. Once we have someone at your property, we can give you a clear estimate of your job before any work begins. We can start most jobs within a few days at most. General clearing out and cleanup can be done in a day or two. Painting, repairs, and other services can take a few days more. When the job is complete, we issue you an invoice for payment. As an individual, payment is due immediately upon completion of the project.

If you are having jobs completed in phases, such as debris removal and cleanup first, then repairs and painting later, you'll be billed for each phase of work. Pricing is based on the condition of the property and the number of things that need to be hauled away, as well as other work you want done. Since each property is different, it's difficult to get a good idea of the actual cost of a job before examining it and speaking with you to find out precisely what is needed. We may be able to give an estimate over the phone for simple jobs, but we prefer to inspect in person for best results.
